Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. medium wide noodles
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Saute beef until brown; season.
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion and pepper. Spread half of noodles in a 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Cover with cheese mixture.
    Cover with rest of noodles.
    Drizzle melted butter over; cover with tomato-meat mixture.
    Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6 generously.
