"Wild Rice Extraordinaire" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice (discard seasonings)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. Spice Island fine herbs
    1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a pot.
    Add mushrooms, onions and celery. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
    Add rice, water, teriyaki sauce and Spice Island.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve as a side dish for chicken or turkey.
