Shrimp Polonaise(Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp (use canned shrimp or clean, cook and peel)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely cut parsley
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    salt (if you like)
    a drop or two Worcestershire (if you like)
    shake of mace or nutmeg (if you like)
Preparation
    Cream together butter and garlic.
    Stir in bread crumbs, parsley and dry sherry.
    Taste and add more seasoning, if you like: salt, Worcestershire, mace or nutmeg.
    Spread the shrimp in a shallow baking dish.
    Dot with the butter mixture.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve 4 or 5.
