Pooris(Indian Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. cream of wheat
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 to 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix oil, flour and salt together.
    Add water as needed to form a stiff dough.
    Roll out in circles 3 inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick.
    Deep fry in piping hot vegetable oil, turning once. The bread will puff up.
    Fry one at a time.
