Corn Spoonbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    15 oz. can cream-style corn
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 egg
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in 9 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Add butter to corn mixture and return to casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
