Cran-Orange Pickup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. fresh cranberries
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. yogurt
    2 ice cubes
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
    Serve immediately.
    Good lunch substitute.
