Cinnamon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cherry jello
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    6 oz. cinnamon candies
    1 c. pared diced apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Combine jello, sugar, water and cinnamon candies; boil until candy dissolves.
    Drain crushed pineapple.
    Use pineapple juice and enough cold water to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Add to jello mixture.
    Cool until partially set.
    Add apples, nuts and pineapple.
    Refrigerate until firm.
