Mrs. Burch'S Cathedral Window Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/2 c. (fine) chopped pecans
    10 1/2 oz. pkg. colored miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Slowly melt together chocolate chips and butter.
    Remove from heat and add eggs.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add pecans, cool.
    Then add marshmallow; stir well, to coat.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on three pieces of wax paper.
    Divide mixture into three parts, put a part on each paper and stretch the mixture into a long small roll.
    Put some sugar on top of each roll to cover completely.
    Roll waxed paper around mixture and refrigerate until firm, several hours, or overnight.
    Slice to serve.
