Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 deep pie crust or 2 regular crusts
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
Preparation

Bake crust only to very light brown.
Sprinkle with cheese and the bacon that has been cooked and crumbled.
Put remainder of ingredients in mixer and beat until blended.
Pour over cheese and bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set in center.
