Tomato Vinaigrette Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 tomatoes, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 green pepper, cut into pieces (optional)
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2/3 c. olive oil or salad oil
    2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Dressing should be mixed by putting ingredients in tightly covered jar and shaking vigorously until blended.
    Cover salad and chill several hours or overnight before serving.
    Spoon dressing over the tomatoes occasionally.
