No Egg Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla. Beat together by hand (not electric mixer or eggbeater) until just smooth and shiny.
    Add butter and mix in.
    Pour into a 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
