Spanish Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 stick margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    In a large pot, melt margarine.
    Season and fry chicken in pot.
    Cover and simmer a few minutes after turning.
    Cook rice separately.
    When chicken is done, pour cooked rice over chicken in pot.
    Add tomato paste with a little water to rinse can and soup.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
