Three Bean And Rice Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    2 c. regular rice
    3 1/2 c. water
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 can black beans
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    4 oz. chopped mild green chiles (optional)
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    3/4 c. green olives, halved
Preparation
    Saute onion; put in large casserole with rice, water, beans, tomatoes and chiles.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Add peas and green olives and heat through.
