Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 precooked pie shell
    4 tomatoes
    1 c. basil (fresh and chopped)
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella
    1 2/3 c. Ricotta
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes in thirds; sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and lay on paper towels to drain. Layer tomatoes and other ingredients in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
