Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large bell peppers
    8 c. yellow rice, cooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    salt and pepper to taste
    onions
    1 large jar Prego
Preparation
    Cut tops off peppers; remove seeds and wash. Cook beef and sausage and drain. Combine rice, meats, onions, salt, pepper to taste and Prego sauce.
    Fill peppers.
    Replace tops and cook in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Any remaining ingredients may be placed around peppers while they cook.
