Sweet-And-Sour Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean short ribs
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown short ribs in fat with onion.
    Blend remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Pour over browned short ribs.
    Cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
