Spinach Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook and cool spinach.
    Squeeze out all liquid from spinach. Add remaining ingredients.
    Shape into balls, then flatten and fry until deep brown.
    Turn over and brown on other side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve hot or cold.
