Low-Fat Sesame Chicken Nuggets With Oven-Roasted Fries - cooking recipe

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
3 large baking potatoes
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and marinate chicken for 1 hour to all day.
Mix bread crumbs and sesame seed.
Remove chicken from marinade and let excess drip off.
Roll chicken in bread crumb mixture and place nuggets on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 20 minutes or until nuggets are well-browned.
