Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. drained horseradish
Preparation

Beat egg slightly; blend in flour, sugar, salt and minced onion.
Stir in vinegar, water and oil.
Cook over hot water, stirring constantly until thickened.
Stir in mustard and horseradish.
