Potato Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Add cheese, milk, margarine and seasoning to hot potatoes. Then add the well beaten egg yolks and mix well.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Drop mixture by spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
