Cole Slaw Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Crisp the shredded cabbage in ice water, if necessary. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, celery seed, sugar, salt and pepper.
Drain the cabbage thoroughly and mix with the dressing.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Garnish with a dash of paprika and a green pepper ring.
