Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, cooked and cooled
    1 to 2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grate cold potatoes coarsely.
    Stir in cheese, sour cream, onions, and melted butter.
    Put in greased two-quart casserole dish, dot with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 until bubbly or light brown.
