Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oatmeal
1 stick oleo
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beat with fork

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats and oleo; let stand 20 minutes. Add sugar, self-rising flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and eggs.
Mix well and bake in greased and floured sheet pan about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
