Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed chuck beef
    1 small can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. celery, cut into large pieces
    6 carrots, cut into large pieces
    3 sliced onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 potatoes, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Mix together, except potatoes.
    DO NOT brown meat.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add potatoes and continue baking for another 2 hours.
