Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

2 qt. peaches (in its syrup)
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

In a large pan, put the peaches and its juice.
Then mix the cinnamon with the 1 cup sugar and mix well, then add it to the peaches and cook over high heat and boil for 10 minutes.
Then in a mixing bowl, mix the Bisquick, 3/4 cup sugar and the butter with enough milk to mix it to a consistency that is medium thick.
Then pour the batter into a deep baking dish and then pour the hot peaches over the batter and place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Remove from the oven and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
