Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    4 large or 6 small eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease or spray a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sift all ingredients into a large bowl.
    Beat eggs and oil together.
    Stir eggs into dry ingredients and stir together.
    Add carrots and nuts and stir well.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
    Test doneness with toothpick in center of cake.
    Use a cream cheese frosting on cooled cake.
