Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. rice
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. chicken broth or stock
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan or wok on high heat.
    Scramble eggs quickly and remove.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in same pan.
    Add cooked eggs, salt, sugar, soy sauce, chopped scallions and broth.
    Stir-fry over medium to high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
