Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. ground pears
    1 qt. ground onions
    6 dill pickles
    6 bell peppers (3 red and 3 green)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. French mustard
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Make paste with flour, sugar and vinegar.
    Cook 2 minutes; add pear mixture (pears, onions, pickles and peppers) and cook 5 minutes.
    Heat about 5 minutes in jars in hot water.
    Seal.
