Carrot Soup(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. butter
4 carrots, grated
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 c. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter.
Add carrots and saute a few more minutes.
Add chicken stock and cook until vegetables are cooked soft.
Puree soup and add milks (dry milk mixed with whole milk).
Return to pot and add pepper.
Heat and serve.
