Meatball Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (90%) lean ground beef
1 large can whole tomatoes
2 stalks celery, diced
5 carrots, diced
1 onion, sliced
8 medium potatoes, diced
garlic salt
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fill large pot 3/4 full of water.
Form meatballs and put in pot of boiling water.
When meatballs rise to top, skim fat.
Put potatoes, celery, carrots and onion in pot.
Cook until potatoes are done.
Add tomatoes and spices to taste.
Cook for 10 minutes and serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
