Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sherry
hot buttered noodles
Preparation

Brown ground beef with bacon.
Add bacon; cook until tender. Drain off excess fat.
Add seasonings to meat mixture.
Stir in soup.
Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and sherry and heat through.
Do not boil. Serve on noodles.
Serves 4.
