Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    1 lb. fresh zucchini, diced small
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
    Beat until thoroughly mixed. Combine dry ingredients.
    Add together and mix well.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
