Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
    1 onion, diced
    1 to 2 eggs
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion; drain.
    Cook rice.
    Cool and mix with hamburger mixture.
    Put 1 whole head of cabbage in boiling water.
    Take 1 leaf off at a time.
    Put meat in.
    Roll; put toothpick in middle to hold together.
    Fry; brown on both sides. Put in baking dish.
    Bake for 1 hour, steaming with water or gravy.
