Ingredients

8 drumsticks and thighs, mixed or 4 breast halves
salt and pepper
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. white wine
Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sour cream
paprika
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown in melted butter; remove from pan.
Stir flour into butter; add broth.
Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place chicken in sauce, cover pan and simmer until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
Serve with noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
