Milano'S Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 green bell peppers
    1 red bell pepper
    1 large onion
    garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    4 (4 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 cans water
    1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with onions and bell peppers; drain any grease.
    Add Ro-Tel, paste and garlic.
    Let cook on low about 30 minutes, stirring.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Let cook about 1 hour.
    The longer you cook, the better it tastes.
