Philippine Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. brown or white rice, cooked and chilled
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 grated carrot
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pepper, carrot and onion in oil. They will brighten when done. Set aside. Brown ground beef, saving drippings. Combine rice and pepper mixture with beef and drippings. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and add soy sauce, stirring over heat. May add celery if desired.
