Fruity Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O (any flavor) (regular or sugar-free)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding (regular or sugar-free)
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in cold water.
Pour milk into small mixing bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
Set bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water.
Stir until slightly thickened, then whip with electric mixer until fluffy, thick and doubled in volume.
Blend pudding into whipped gelatin.
Pour into serving bowl or individual dishes.
Chill until set.
Serve with spoonful of regular or lite Cool Whip.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
