Spinach Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 3/4 c. hot water (to dissolve)
3 drops Tabasco
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise, beaten in
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed (uncooked)
2/3 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese, folded in

Preparation

Assemble ingredients in order listed. Chill. Looks weird, tastes great!!
