Maine Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cut in small pieces
    1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all in a blender or food processor.
    Then cook in double boiler until smooth and cheese is melted.
    Pour over 1 pound haddock fillets and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
