Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) hen or fryer
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1 (6 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. American cheese, cubed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place hen in a Dutch oven. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove hen, reserving 6 cups broth.
    Let hen cool slightly.
    Bone hen.
    Cut meat into bite size pieces.
    Set meat aside.
