Clam Casino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans clams, minced or chopped (with juice)
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic (you can use garlic powder as a substitute)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    juice from 1 fresh lemon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
    Bake in covered dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serve with small rye bread rounds or Ritz crackers.
    Also may be used to stuff quahaugs.
