Pork Tenderloin Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. whole pork tenderloin
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. bourbon, sherry, Madeira or chicken broth
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    This marinade is excellent for boneless pork loin as well.
