Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato juice
2 cans kidney or chili beans
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
hot or mild chili powder to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Drain grease and add rest of ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours or longer.
