Ingredients

6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
fresh fruit
Preparation

Beat egg whites.
Add sugar, a little at a time.
Add vanilla and vinegar and beat until very stiff.
Bake in 2 round cake pans which have been greased, and oiled paper added.
Bake 25 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Let cool a short time, then remove from pans.
