Hawaiian Malt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 fresh medium pineapple, diced
    1/2 c. water
    artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
    3 to 4 ice cubes
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Place ingredients in blender; blend until thick.
    Makes 1 serving.
