Cider-Spiced Cranberry Sauce(No Sugar) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw cranberries
1 (6 oz.) can frozen cider (or apple juice) concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 c. seedless raisins
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 pinch each: ground clove, allspice, ginger and nutmeg)
3 packets or to taste low-calorie sweetener (optional)
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except optional sweetener, in a heavy saucepan.
Simmer uncovered until all berries have popped open. Cool.
Add low-calorie sweetener to taste.
Store in refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups.
Under 20 calories per tablespoon.
