Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. boiling water
    1 stick oleo
    1 roll garlic cheese
    2 eggs
    milk
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sausage (hot or mild), fried, crumbled and drained
    8 slices bread (remove crust and cube)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    3 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 lb. grated cheese (any kind you like)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Let stand after taking from refrigerator for a few minutes before putting in oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered.
    Serves 6.
