Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise, mixed with water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    red pepper, mushrooms or frozen peas (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and put in 9 x 12-inch pan, greased. Top with buttered bread crumbs or chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
