Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded natural sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into thin slices (about 4 cups).
    Cook and stir onion in margarine in 2-quart saucepan until tender with potatoes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Bring to boil and stir 1 minute.
    Place potatoes in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour cheese sauce on potatoes. Bake, uncovered, in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until potatoes are tender.
