Low-Fat Hungarian Green Bean Salad(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cooked tender-firm
8 oz. yogurt cheese
1 Tbsp. onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Simply combine everything and chill at least 2 hours.
This is so simple, it's hard to believe it's so good.
Wonderful first course, or salad to go with meat or chicken dinner.
Or vegetarian dinner, too!
